All orders are shipped from our studio in Malibu, California via UPS.
Processing Time:
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your item ships. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer UPS shipping options at checkout. Rates and delivery times are calculated in real-time based on your location and the weight of your order.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website. Please email us at contact@bypeschardt.com for special requests or inquiries.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages, but we are happy to help you open a claim with UPS if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Info:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
